When Heaven is…

Your heart so big, your pocket so wide

Nothing of care is ever beyond you,

You love so deeply, distance never lengthy

Your heart carries more than you

When heaven is blessing, I pray

You always have more than you need

When blessings are pouring, I pray

Comfort and God’s arm, supporting need

When tears still a rolling like rain,

And streams of memories return,

Dear Jesus, your father and friend,

Extend your right hand of help in turn

I wrote this poem after chatting with my eldest brother about a dear friend whose Mum is now resting in the blossom of the Lord. Everyone who knows our friend, knows she has a heart of gold. She thinks of everyone first before herself. She loves unconditionally and deeply.

It’s sad she has lost both parents too but there’s one mutual father between us, that’s Jesus! Jesus wipes every tear. ❤️❤️
